Dr. Amrit Anand, M.D, PT, MS

Member Biography

Dr. Amrit Anand, M.D, P.T., M.S., is board certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. He attended the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA and The University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK where he received his undergraduate in Chemistry. Thereafter, he went on to pursue and obtain a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Subsequently, he attended Saba University School of Medicine, Saba, Netherland-Antilles, earning an MS in Hyperbaric Medicine and MD degree.

Dr. Anand completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University-Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies and acquired his specialty training in Rheumatology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Currently, he is on staff at Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph, MI & Morrison Community Hospital in Morrison, IL and serves as a Faculty Clinical Educator of Internal Medicine and Dermatology Residency Programs at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
