PSN Family Nurse Practitioner: Shawnee Kellison, FNP

Shawnee Kellison, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse and over 30 years in the nursing profession. She is recognized as an advanced practice nurse in both Missouri and Iowa. Her primary focus has been on treating adults with chronic health issues in an Internal Medicine setting, but also has experience in geriatrics and dermatology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Truman State University (formerly Northeast Missouri State University) in Kirksville, MO and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Shawnee is also employed as a clinical faculty member with ATSU through the Department of Family Medicine. Her primary role with Premier Specialty Network will be in providing care within the rheumatology setting. Shawnee is a lifelong resident of northeast Missouri. She has three daughters and resides with her husband on a farm in Kirksville.
