David Young, SPHR, graduated from Western Illinois University with dual Bachelor of Business degrees in Management and Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations. He has graduate studies in Organizational Development and Behavior.

His professional certifications include a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation, Certification in Employee Relations Law, and Six Sigma.

His training experience includes developing and conducting train the trainer programs, and other methodologies.

He is an Advanced Ground and Airplane Instrument Flight Instructor, and Commercial Pilot. He also holds an 8th Degree Black Belt in Karate teaching thousands of students.

David’s extensive experience include various HR roles in Fortune 500 companies, Executive Vice President and Acting CEO of a mechanical contracting firm, VP of Recruitment, HR Manager for a 26 county Home Health/Hospice/In-home Services Provider and HR Consulting for hospitals.
