Kelly Bruce brings to PSN a unique blend of healthcare operations and legal experience. In her role at a critical access hospital in north central Missouri, she led grant writing efforts that secured more than $400,000 in grant awards, managed physician credentialing and facility/provider CMS enrollments, and supported federal and state compliance activities. Kelly also directed the hospital’s participation and reporting in the CMS Meaningful Use incentive program, yielding nearly $1 million in Meaningful Use incentive payments.
Kelly worked as a Paralegal for nearly 40 years in civil litigation and trial practice, with experience spanning both plaintiff and defense work across a wide range of practice areas. She completed her paralegal training at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, specializing in litigation, and holds the Certified Paralegal (CP) credential from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Kelly has served in leadership roles with the Missouri Paralegal Association and contributed to the profession as a guest speaker for paralegal students and as past editor of the newsletter of The Missouri Bar Committee on Paralegals.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys adventure travel, hiking, and reading. Her music playlist reflects a wildly eclectic taste in music.
