Member Biography
Dr. Moben Mirza, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science/Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He completed his medical school and Urology Residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He then completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.
In addition to haven written peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapter, abstracts and case reports, Dr. Mizra has given several presentations at regional, national and international meetings.
Dr. Mirza specializes in the treatment of genitourinary malignancies including prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular and penile cancers. He performs open, endoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. His research interests are in prostate, bladder and kidney cancers.
