Farid Namin, M.D.

Member Biography

Dr. Farid Namin, M.D., attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Health and Science Chicago Medical School, and the American University School of Medicine. He received his Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences and his medical degree in 1995. Subsequently, he completed a research fellowship program at the University of Illinois, Division of Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Namin then relocated to Kansas City, where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Kansas University Medical Center.

He has done extensive research and is published in areas of functional bowel and motility disorders.
