We have a wide audience in attendance at our conferences consisting of hospitals, clinicians, physicians, FQHC’s, health departments, in-home & community front line workers, community & social agencies, policy makers, health law attorneys, among other professionals.

All Exhibit/Sponsorship packages $650 and under – Online Registration Now Open. For ALL Packages over $650, please print the Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration Form-Complete and mail with check payment to the address indicated on the registration form. All Registrations require payment at time of Registration. No registrations will be accepted without payment.
VENDOR PRIZE DRAWINGS – Each exhibitor is invited to donate 1 gift or prize. Items in various price ranges are suggested and appreciated. Vendors participating in the drawing will be provided a bag to collect business cards throughout the day. Prize drawing will be end of day Wednesday 5:15pm. Attendees must be present to claim prizes!
